01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "lawinph," "We," "Us," or "the Company" refers to the lawinph online casino and sports betting platform, operating under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Player," "You," or "User" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses any service offered on the lawinph platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered lawinph player account created by a User upon completing the registration process.
• "Platform" refers to the lawinph website, mobile-optimised site, and all related gaming services accessible via lawinph.net.
• "Game" refers to any casino game, slot machine, live dealer product, bingo room, fishing game, sports betting market, or other gaming activity made available on the Platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the unified balance held within your lawinph Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback amount, or other non-cash incentive offered by lawinph to Players subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body responsible for licensing and overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required of all Players before full withdrawal access is granted.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to the lawinph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR for all licensed online gambling operations in the Republic of the Philippines. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. lawinph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Player is found to be underage.

2.2 Jurisdiction

The lawinph Platform is operated and licensed in the Philippines. Access and use of the Platform is intended for persons physically located within the Philippines. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of lawinph is lawful in their jurisdiction. lawinph makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration

To use lawinph, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and other required details. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. One account per person is strictly enforced. Registrations by corporations, partnerships, or other legal entities are not permitted.

2.4 Account Verification

lawinph is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity of all Players. Following registration, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's licence) and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the required period may result in restrictions on withdrawals or account suspension.

03 Account Security & Verification

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lawinph Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. lawinph will never ask for your password via email, SMS, Messenger, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact lawinph support immediately. lawinph accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security of their credentials.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

lawinph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and InstaPay. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amount may vary by payment method and is specified in the Account wallet section.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete on your Account. Once verification is confirmed, withdrawals to GCash are processed within approximately 5 minutes. Withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other bank accounts are processed same-day for verified Accounts, subject to the recipient bank's processing times. lawinph does not charge fees on withdrawals.

4.3 Player Fund Protection

In accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements, player funds held in lawinph Wallets are maintained in accounts segregated from lawinph's operational funds. This segregation ensures that player balances are protected and accessible irrespective of the Company's financial position.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

lawinph is required to comply with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation. lawinph monitors all transactions for suspicious activity. lawinph reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction and to suspend or restrict an Account pending AML investigation. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by lawinph are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated time limit from the date of offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering multipliers and eligible games are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses are awarded to one Account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and suspension of involved Accounts.
• lawinph reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Free spins and bonus credits hold no cash value and may not be transferred between Accounts.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the lawinph Platform are provided by third-party software studios that hold independent certification of their Random Number Generator (RNG) systems from recognised testing bodies including eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and GLI. Game outcomes are determined solely by certified RNG processes. lawinph does not modify or interfere with game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to disconnection, server error, or software failure — lawinph reserves the right to void the affected game round. No bets will be awarded from rounds that cannot be fully verified. Players should contact support immediately if they experience a technical issue during a session.

Game-specific rules, paytables, and RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accessible within the game interface for every title in the lawinph lobby.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lawinph Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to PAGCOR and/or law enforcement:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform or Games.
• Colluding with other players or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any Game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions for financial gain.
• Using the Platform to launder money, fund illegal activities, or process proceeds of crime.
• Providing false identity, age, or payment method information.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the Platform or its other users.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

08 Responsible Gaming

lawinph is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, we are required to maintain responsible gaming tools for all players. The following tools are available to all lawinph Account holders, accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period before being increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration after which you will be automatically logged out.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the lawinph Platform — including but not limited to the lawinph name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, and written content — is the intellectual property of lawinph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any lawinph Platform content without prior written consent from lawinph.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lawinph shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.

lawinph's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lawinph does not exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts, and shall first be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.

Before initiating formal proceedings, Players are required to contact lawinph support and allow a period of 30 days for the dispute to be resolved informally.

12 Amendments to These Terms

lawinph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, lawinph will notify Players via the email address or mobile number registered on the Account no less than 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
