This document constitutes the legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and lawinph governing your access to and use of the lawinph online casino and sports betting platform. In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
Access to the lawinph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. lawinph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Player is found to be underage.

The lawinph Platform is operated and licensed in the Philippines. Access and use of the Platform is intended for persons physically located within the Philippines. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of lawinph is lawful in their jurisdiction. lawinph makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
To use lawinph, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and other required details. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. One account per person is strictly enforced. Registrations by corporations, partnerships, or other legal entities are not permitted.
lawinph is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity of all Players. Following registration, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's licence) and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the required period may result in restrictions on withdrawals or account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lawinph Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. lawinph will never ask for your password via email, SMS, Messenger, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact lawinph support immediately. lawinph accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security of their credentials.
lawinph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and InstaPay. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amount may vary by payment method and is specified in the Account wallet section.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete on your Account. Once verification is confirmed, withdrawals to GCash are processed within approximately 5 minutes. Withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other bank accounts are processed same-day for verified Accounts, subject to the recipient bank's processing times. lawinph does not charge fees on withdrawals.
In accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements, player funds held in lawinph Wallets are maintained in accounts segregated from lawinph's operational funds. This segregation ensures that player balances are protected and accessible irrespective of the Company's financial position.
lawinph is required to comply with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation. lawinph monitors all transactions for suspicious activity. lawinph reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction and to suspend or restrict an Account pending AML investigation. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

All games offered on the lawinph Platform are provided by third-party software studios that hold independent certification of their Random Number Generator (RNG) systems from recognised testing bodies including eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and GLI. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to disconnection, server error, or software failure — lawinph reserves the right to void the affected game round. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any lawinph Platform content without prior written consent from lawinph.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lawinph shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
lawinph's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
lawinph does not exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts, and shall first be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
Before initiating formal proceedings, Players are required to contact lawinph support and allow a period of 30 days for the dispute to be resolved informally.
lawinph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, lawinph will notify Players via the email address or mobile number registered on the Account no less than 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
